| Financial Policy: If you have Dental Insurance we may ask you for information to verify your coverage. We are providers with Delta insurance. As a courtesy we will file all insurance claims for you. Any copays are estimated and are due in full at the time of service. Any balance not paid by insurance is the patient's responsibility. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks, debit cards and all of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. |
