Please remember to bring these important items to your appointment:
- Your insurance card.
- Your driver’s license.
- X-Rays from previous office, or have them emailed prior to visit. (please call the office for the email address)
- A list of all medications and over the counter vitamins you take on a regular basis.
- A list of any allergies
- A list of your questions and/or concerns.

What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.
WE ARE LOCATED IN THE COLDWELL BANKER BUILDING IN THE LOWER LEVEL
Coming from Falls Church:
US 29 North towards Arlington
Bare Right onto Lorcome Lane 4500 Old Dominion Drive is located on your left; our office is inside the Coldwell Banker Building downstairs.
Take the Fairfax Drive Exit, Number 71, toward VA-120/VA-237/Glebe Road. Stay straight to go onto North Fairfax Drive (0.13miles). Turn left onto VA-120 N/North Glebe Road (0.9miles). Turn right onto US-29 N/Lee Highway. Stay straight as you go through the first light. We will be on your right hand side in the Coldwell Banker Building.
George Washington Parkway:
Take the Lorcom Lane Exit which is about ½ mile past the 14 th Street Bridge if you are coming from the Pentagon. This is a left lane Exit. At the 1 street light turn right onto Lorcom Lane. At the 4 th light turn right and make an immediate right into our parking lot of the Coldwell Banker Building. Our Office is across the street from Pastries by Randolf and the Lee Heights shops
You can either take the GW Parkway or, take US-29 S/Lee Highway. Follow US-29 S. 2.57 miles turn left onto Lorcom Lane 0.01 miles. Turn right and make a right into the Coldwell Banker parking lot
